Extensive strategic finance experience within private equity, investment banking and enterprises. Experience includes CFO of high growth technology company, Head of small business private equity investments, Vice President of Investment Banking that led multiple take-private leveraged buyout transactions, Co-founder of a private market investment firm, and multiple interim CFO and COO roles for small-medium sized businesses. 

Expertise ranges from strategic finance operations to leading complex M&A auction processes, as well as sourcing, performing due diligence, structuring, capital raising and managing private market investments. 

BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Father of four, husband, avid sports fan, and traveler.
